JOB DESCRIPTION: Front-End Developer (Lập trình viên Front-end)
Job Responsibilities
Interface Development: Build and implement high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces based on UI/UX designs.

Component Architecture: Develop reusable, modular code and libraries for future use to ensure scalability and maintainability of the codebase.

Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across devices.

API Integration: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs (RESTful/GraphQL).

Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain consistency across all major browsers and platforms.

UI/UX Implementation: Translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into functional code, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring high-quality output and browser/device compatibility.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends, new frameworks, and best practices in web development to improve development workflows and product quality.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in front-end development (or strong portfolio for junior roles).

Technical Skills:

Core: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Frameworks: Proficiency in at least one modern framework (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).

Tools: Experience with Git, Webpack/Vite, and NPM/Yarn.

Responsiveness: Deep understanding of Responsive Web Design (RWD) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to solve complex layout or performance issues.

Communication: Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum team, communicating clearly with designers, product managers, and back-end developers.

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and a passion for crafting great user experiences.
