JOB DESCRIPTION: E-commerce Operations Specialist (Multi-channel)
Job Responsibilities
Multi-channel Strategy: Manage and synchronize operations across multiple platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tiki, and Brand Website) to ensure consistency in branding, pricing, and stock levels.
Centralized Inventory Management: Oversee inventory across all channels to prevent overselling or stockouts. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure seamless fulfillment workflows.
Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute synchronized promotional calendars across all platforms. Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize visibility during Mega Campaigns (e.g., 9/9, 10/10) and Payday sales.
Operations Optimization: Analyze and improve operational KPIs (Traffic, Conversion Rate, Cart Abandonment Rate, Seller Rating, and Fulfillment Speed) for each individual channel.
System Integration: Manage the connection and data flow between E-commerce platforms and ERP/OMS (Order Management Systems) to automate order processing and reporting.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing (paid media), Creative (assets/banners), and Customer Service teams to ensure a unified customer journey.
Data Reporting: Consolidate data from multiple channels to provide a high-level overview of total E-commerce performance, identifying trends and recommending growth strategies.
Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the terms and conditions of each marketplace to avoid penalty points or account suspensions.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in E-commerce operations, specifically managing multiple channels (Marketplaces + Website).
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Seller Center management for major platforms.
Proficiency in using OMS/ERP systems (e.g., Sapo, KiotViet, Haravan, or specialized global tools like Shopify/Linnworks).
Strong data analysis skills using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to manage large datasets.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR).
Soft Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance priorities across different platforms.
Process Improvement: Proven track record of streamlining workflows to improve efficiency.
Communication: Effective at managing relationships with platform key account managers (KAMs).
