We are seeking a results-driven, strategic, and highly organized Fundraising & Event Coordinator to lead our event-based development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact events designed to secure donations, engage donors, and expand our support network. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Event Planning: Conceptualize and execute a diverse calendar of fundraising events—including galas, charity auctions, and donor appreciation dinners—that align with organizational revenue goals.

Donor Stewardship: Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and high-profile donors during the event lifecycle, ensuring a premium experience that fosters long-term commitment.

Fundraising Management: Oversee event budgets, ticket sales, sponsorship packages, and silent/live auction logistics to maximize the return on investment (ROI) for every event.

Team & Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with venues, caterers, entertainment, and third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring that all event components are delivered on time and within budget.

Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling event collateral, managing invitation lists, and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns to drive attendance.

Data & Performance Analysis: Track attendance, donation metrics, and attendee engagement, preparing post-event reports to evaluate success and identify opportunities for future growth.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities and charitable gaming/auctions comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding solicitation and event logistics.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or event management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) for donor management.

Experience with event registration and ticketing platforms.

Strong aptitude for budget management and financial reporting.
