Key Responsibilities
Styling & Consultative Selling: Engage with customers to understand their style preferences, body type, and occasion needs to provide expert fashion advice and suggest complete, cohesive outfits.

Customer Experience: Create a high-energy, welcoming environment for all visitors. Provide attentive, personalized service to ensure every customer has an enjoyable and successful shopping experience.

Visual Merchandising: Creatively arrange clothing displays, mannequins, and store layouts to maximize visual appeal and highlight new collections and promotions in accordance with brand guidelines.

Inventory & Stock Management: Assist in processing new shipments, steaming or pressing garments for the sales floor, and maintaining high standards of organization in the fitting rooms and back stock area.

Sales Targets & Promotions: Proactively meet individual and team sales goals. Promote loyalty programs, upcoming events, and seasonal sales to encourage repeat business.

Quality Control & Maintenance: Ensure that all merchandise is clean, undamaged, and properly tagged. Maintain a pristine store appearance, including folded tables and organized racks.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current fashion trends, seasonal color palettes, and new arrivals to provide informed and up-to-date styling recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A background in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience in retail fashion sales, with a strong understanding of garment fabrics, fits, and styling techniques.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating POS (Point of Sale) systems and processing various payment methods.

Basic knowledge of garment care and material properties (e.g., silk, cotton, wool).

Strong ability to maintain store inventory records and organize stock effectively.
